POSITION DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS

1. Regional Operations Manager - North
The Regional Operations Manager – Mass Markets will develop fiscal budgets, and is responsible for regional profit and loss. This role is also required to provide strategic and operational planning input for the regional operations, and report progress and results to senior management. The role is based in the North and reports to the GM Mass Markets.

Qualifications et experience
  • B.Sc. from a recognised institution (Masters is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in management with a  minimum of 3 years in the quick service restaurant or food industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data for resolution
  • Proficiency in Ms office solutions
  • Must possess excellent organizational, project management and communication skills
  • Top notch negotiation skills and results Driven
  • Willingness to travel and work in a global team
2. Chief Operating Officer
The COO is responsible for growing the division nationally and to ensure that the businesses being managed are profitable ventures and that the owned brand(s) is more efficient and adequately focused on customer satisfaction and quality products. The role is based in Lagos, Nigeria

Qualifications et experience
  • B.Sc. from a recognised institution (Masters is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 15years of professional experience in the food industry with a  minimum of 6 years in the quick service restaurant or food industry
  • Ability to work with all levels of management, build partnerships and teams
  • Experienced in managing a profitable and global mass market, bakery or consumer brand
  • Familiar with the Food Industry Trends
  • Excellent Planning, Scheduling, Controlling & Coordinating
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to define problems, collect data for resolution
  • Proficiency in Ms office solutions
  • Must possess excellent organizational, project management and communication skills

3. National Sales and Distribution Manager
This role encapsulate the full responsibility of growing the brand by expanding the sales and distribution of Mass Market products in all locations in the country. The holder of this role will be responsible to define and implement a yearly marketing calendar to drive sales throughout all regions with effective measurements in place. The National Sales Distribution Manager reports to the Chief Operating Officer

Qualifications et experience
  • Minimum of university degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 7 years working experience in a business related Industry
  • Minimum of university degree or equivalent
  • Experienced in managing a profitable and global Food brand
  • Familiar with the Food Industry Trends
  • Experience in Cost and inventory Management
  • Fundamentals of Accounting/Fixed Asset Management
  • Process Management, Knowledge and Application
  • Problem Solving & Analysis
  • Strong understanding of the country’s specific Export and Import laws, regulations and policies
4. Head HR and Administration
The Head Human Resources and Administration Support the Managing Director to ensure the effective management and motivation of the workforce. He/She leads the conceptualisation, design, development and delivery of HR and Administration systems, structures, processes and policies and develops the capabilities of the workforce to ensure optimal contribution. He/she would report to the Managing Director.

Qualifications et experience
  • B.sc in Social sciences, Humanities or any related course (Professional qualification would be an added advantage)
  • Minimum 6 years experience in HR role
  • At least 2 years managerial experience
  • Knowledge of recruitment and manpower planning
  • Knowledge of Labour laws and business acumen
  • Have excellent communication & execution skills
  • Problem solving and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative, organisation and methodology
  • Team oriented and performance driven
5. Head Marketing and Brand Management
The Head Marketing and Brand Management will be responsible for designing and executing marketing strategies for all new designs to reach customers and communicate brand message. He/She should be able to proactively identify and develop opportunities to build business through the introduction of new products and services, as well as enhancements to existing product/service lines He/she would report to the Managing Director.

Qualifications et experience
  • B.sc in Marketing, Branding and Advertising or any Managerial science course
  • Minimum 6 years experience
  • At least 2 years managerial experience in brand management and promotions
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Have excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Enthusiasm and passion for brands
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative, organisation and methodology
  • Team oriented and performance driven
6. Head of Sales
The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving sales revenue from all service channels. He/ Provides direct supervision to all outlets to ensure outlets sales and performance, while ensuring necessary resources are made available to achieve successful sales and monitoring adherence to service standards. S/He would report to the Managing Director.

Qualifications et experience
  • B.sc in Business Administration or any Managerial science course
  • Minimum 6 years experience
  • At least 2 years managerial experience in project management/ customer relations
  • Conflict resolution and crisis management skills as well as business acumen
  • Have excellent communication & negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Demonstrate a high level of initiative
  • Team oriented and performance driven
