Many people who are already employed also looking for work. They are using their workplace as a springboard for a new job.

The best place to start looking for jobs is undoubtedly the workplace, and is not essential or advisable to wait until you are unemployed to start looking for a new job.

You will be much more attractive to an employer, if you are already working. Suggests the potential employer (preferably a name with prestige in the market or even a competitor) that you have skills. If you are already use, will have to overcome the obstacles that hinder their output. If you are starting a career, you have to overcome the dilemma of the chicken and the egg: how can I get a good job without experience and secondly how can I get experience without a good job? http://nbj4u.blogspot.com/2013/05/when-you-find-new-job.html

There are people who keep copies of their resumes available and constantly updated. Can be considered paranoid, but these people have a sense of opportunity. Employees who understand their strategic turning points are those that not only have a sense of opportunity, but also understand their professional area, your company and your own abilities. This understanding allows predicting the changes and how they may be affected by it. Think of the employee who never invested the time to learn to use a computer and works for a company that just purchased a computer system that cost several million escudos. Who now has more advantages, the young man just out of college or the employee who does the work, and probably a good job, the old way, for over twenty years?
