The job is a vital part of the supply chain process. To oversee the efficient receipt, storage and dispatch of finished goods.To manage people, processes and systems in achievement of set target.
Required Qualifications and Experience for the vacancy of Distribution Manager:
BSc – Social Science, preferably MBA or MSc in Transport or any related discipline, Professional Certificate is an advantage
Minimum of seven years experience in an FMCG Company with Distribution / Operational / Logistics experience preferred
Competencies:
Strong leadership & influencing skills
Good interpersonal skills
Must be able to handle sensitivity /confidentiality levels appropriately
Analytical mind
Customer Focus and Sense of urgency
Ability to see macro scenarios and beyond numbers
